This app hasn't worked for a while! I keep checking & it says that there are current incidents while the fire department speed through my house. Please fix

Could be a lifesaver

One of my ski patrol buddies did CPR on a patron at one of our local theaters because of PulsePoint. Since I upgraded to an iPhone X I’m not getting the notifications, and I can’t figure out what is turned off for set wrong.
Sound issues

I usually haven't had trouble with this app. But lately, the sound has reduced. I can only hear 1 call clearly at normal level. The other calls seem to be at a reduced volume. Its not my iPhone volume, as I have it turned all the way up. I removed and reloaded the app. Didn't help.
