Disorganized – PulsePoint Respond Review

You all close out/clear incidents before they are even cleared. Example: you notify of a incident fire and rescue show the incident grows needing more fire and rescue personnel and you have closed the incident out and moved it to recent column! Obviously it’s not closed and it’s getting bigger! Visually I am a witness to this and this is not the first time! Not to mention you all miss calls a lot too! Get it together.
