I’m no longer able to hear the dispatchers communications for Hardin County KY.

Most incidents are old.

Improvement

Should be a way to get address of call not just general area. Also with gps allow you to click on the call and give you directions from your location.

PulsePoint really shows the capability of first responder apps. Interface to dispatch is faster than our station alerting and the incident display is simple to use. Routing is a nice add. Thanks for the return of incident duration!

Time?

melbob10

Why was the time of the call taken away? If you clicked on a call it used to say 20mins or 1 hr etc... can that be brought back?..

Incident Duration

Thank you for returning the incident duration.

One big issue on iOS

wx9kvh

I’m giving this app only 4 stars because there is a major issue on the iOS end of things. No alerts come thru if app has been closed. There is no App Background Refresh option for the app. When on Android I had 0 issues with the app. Now I have to manually enter the app for notifications of calls in the community. Would be nice to see this fixed in the very near future. Other than that, app is great to have. Thanks for the hard work.

Good but a couple problems

THIS APP IS GREAT! When ever I miss something on my scanner I always look back at the app to see what I missed. The only problem is, is that if a call is over it will still say active even when over. Also when it shows the units responding/ responded it's off. And some calls don't show up.

Used to be great. Not so much anymore.

When I first downloaded this app, PulsePoint sent me notifications of collisions and extended collisions, which helped me to take alternate routes if they were on my route. Now the notifications have all but disappeared. I actually got a notification yesterday for the first time in about a month, but when I clicked on it, it showed nothing in the app. I understand the county has to participate in order for this to work, but since nothing comes up for accidents any more, I will be deleting the app. Sorry to see it go. No need to have constant GPS running in the background depleting my battery now.
