Absolute garbage app. Never works, tells you that you need a code after you’ve already provided it. Definitely better to use the web portal, and even then, you’re not getting much better service. Shameful.

The app has never worked since I downloaded when we made the change last year to this new format. I can’t log in and track anything. It asked for me to put in a verification code after I enter the password and there is no place to do this. How am I supposed to earn points when I can’t even log in to do this. Should have never changed to this new format.

This app will never let me log on. It sends a code but will never prompt me for the code to continue!!! So frustrating.

The app does not allow you to sign in. The 2 factor authorization sends a code but there is no place to input it.

My password never works, even with changing it. The Go365 app was much better. I never had these issues.
The Absolute Worst App & Customer Service

This is the absolute worst app. It won’t sync to any Apple products. You have to be willing to download multiple apps and find loopholes. It seems like every time I go to use the app or website, it forgets my password and claims I have the wrong password. Resetting the password is another ordeal. Now they say the app isn’t available the rest of the year while they work on it. Why am I paying extra on my insurance for this service?

Could not log in. Was told to call to get assistance on how to log in, was then told my log in information would be mailed to me. Don’t even bother with this app.

This is the worst app I have ever opened. It will not let you login with correct credentials. It asks for a code but does not allow you to put code in. Customer service will not help you in any constructive way. This is a fail, just ask Humana how to run a program.

Have tried several times and it sends me a code. I put code in and it asks for password. Put password in and it says I need a code. Things happens over and over again! Still have never successfully logged in and I’ve had the app a year. Great call state!

You would think with everyone having the same issue they would fix it. Everytime I try to login it says I need a code when I put in the password. I can access it fine through my computer but this app doesn’t work.
