The Absolute Worst App & Customer Service – Provata Health Review

This is the absolute worst app. It won’t sync to any Apple products. You have to be willing to download multiple apps and find loopholes. It seems like every time I go to use the app or website, it forgets my password and claims I have the wrong password. Resetting the password is another ordeal. Now they say the app isn’t available the rest of the year while they work on it. Why am I paying extra on my insurance for this service?
