Terrible app

Always requires a 2 step verification for no apparent reason. This app takes about 5 minutes every time you open it just to sync your steps. Then you have to log into an actual computer to see what your total steps are. Don’t waste your time.
Too much trouble to log in

I reset my password and write down, but every time it says invalid credential and every time it sends a code besides the password . Forget it! My steps in my Apple Watch or Health app have never been synced to the website and cannot get the points. There’s no such option to select and connect other than all the other devices on the website. So poorly designed!

Why have two factor authentication if there is no way to input the code when you receive it? I can’t even get into the app to se how it works because I cannot log in. Pretty worthless. Hope my insurance carrier chooses a different wellness partner next year because this one is useless!

I wish I could rate 0 stars. This app won’t even allow me to login. I have to use the desktop version, which won’t sync to my devices. Absolutely useless.
Yet another update- still doesn’t work

These people need to lose their jobs. If I kept making something for 8+ months that didn’t work, I’d be fired. Heck, I’d lose my job in a matter of weeks if I was this bad at it.

This app is literally the worst and sends me in circles every time I login. I enter the special code that is emailed to me, then I go to the password screen, enter my password (that I know is correct because I already reset it!), then it says “code required” but there’s no place to enter the code. I have logged in to the website on my phone and the actually setup is so confusing I have no idea how to get anywhere. Not to mention the app or site was shut down for a few months so I missed my opportunity to get points. This is such a shame and a lot of my coworkers have given up with the wellness program! I want my gift cards so I’m still trying but it is adding to my stress level, immensely!

I spent AN HOUR on the phone with their customer service trying to get my points and eventually I just gave up. The app login DOESN’T WORK. The website is so bad it’s almost like they made it that way on purpose to try to keep people from cashing in. Absolute TRASH.

Can not ever get logged in. Doesn’t work on my iPhone. Don’t waste your time on this app. If their was less then one star that would be my rating.

This app was functional when my employer first switched to this health app. After a few weeks, they made updates and then no one could login properly. No place to enter the verification code after it’s sent to your phone. 10 months later, still can’t login except through website. Not syncing with my device. Only recorded my initial activity, so no points for all those miles this year.

No matter how many times I tried over a year, I could not log on with the app. I can log on fine with the website browser but that doesn’t help with getting health information directly from my mobile device.
