The people who support this app don’t have a clue. They are dumbfounded to hear that everyone has a blank screen, but when I walked them thru it, they say looks like something is not working!! Da!! Not quality control and clueless support!!

I love being able to access my employee wellness program info from my phone! Syncs with my Apple Watch so I can participate in step challenges without entering in data. No issues.

I can’t say enough bad things about app. It literally is the absolute worst. It never works and customer service is pathetic. Shameful.

This app is awful. It will not open. I deleted it and downloaded it again thinking that would help, but it didn’t.

I have tried for 3 months to get this app to work on my phone and can’t. I can use my kindle and go to the stay well but when I put the user name and password on my phone it says wrong info I work with people who have tried since last year they lost their money and still can’t put in their imformation

I booked marked my login and password after making several attempts to access the app. Each time you login with your email address, it sends a code (to my email...), 75%of the time the code doesn’t work. If it does work, then my password(keep in mind I bookmarked it and wrote it down) doesn’t work. Called for assistance but all they can do is reset the code - which takes 15 minutes before it comes through again. The customer service person was not willing to wait 15 minutes. Although, in all fairness, she did offer to call me back. This is one of the worse apps ever, if not the worse. If you have an option, unlike me, Who’s a state teacher employee, who must use this... go find a better app. It’s only rated a 1 star for a reason.
