Doesn’t work

Jennic419

App keeps crashing. Won’t even load start up page. Uninstalled and tried twice to re install. Same thing. Opens, freezes at opening page then force closes. Using IPhone XR.

Won’t sync

9Momofzeus

Can’t get it to sync with my Fitbit!

App is horrible if you rely on syncing

New to Humana fit

This is a horrible app. Will not sync with my Fitbit. Am not relying on this app at all to help improve health outcomes bc who wants to manually input that data each and every day? No thanks. HR and companies looking at this, beware. Not worth it at all.

Unable to Open

2emsmom

The app downloaded easily but once downloaded, it would not open.

Devices do not pair

MoMoney12309837

I have tried and tried to get my Apple Watch to pair but it doesn’t which makes this app pointless.

Yuck

KYCatgal

My employer switched from Go365 to this platform and app. It’s not intuitive at all and I don’t like to need to put so much data in. I also don’t need all the social stuff “team” etc. I only do it for the rewards since I am physically active anyway. Otherwise I would not have anything to do with it. Would give it zero stars if possible.

Horrible App!!

BHA-Lex

This is one of the worst apps I have used in a while. It’s very user unfriendly. Here is one example: If you are not near the top of the leaderboard, it takes FOREVER to find your name in the list. It only scrolls 25 names at a time then you have to wait for more names to come up. It’s ridiculous!! Add a button to find your place with one click. Go365 wasn’t very good either but it blows this app away.

Won’t Even Open

Ahnels

The app won’t even open on my phone.

Crash crash crash

19Blessed

App will attempt to open and then crash and close. Despite several attempts to reinstall and restarting my device (iOS), it still crashes. Glad no one was on this plane because that’s all it does ... CRASH!

Does not sync, doesn’t need to

The “incentives” are not really incentives. The steps don’t really matter. You max out at 200 points, and the most you can get from steps is 30. It doesn’t sync with my Fitbit, but it doesn’t really matter. It’s all about logging into the app daily, and doing busy work to get all your points. You can get 200 points in less than 2 months which defeats the point of having a wellness app incentive. More needs to be tied to steps/walking and it needs to sync automatically. Let’s reward the people who are active in life and not just people who are active on the app for a little while. Isn’t that supposed to be the point? Why is it so much extra busy work?
