Haven’t been able to log in for 2 years

I haven’t been able to use this app for over 2 years. I enter my password and it tells me it’s wrong. When I click, “forgot password,” I get an email with a link to login to my account in order to change the password. Luckily, I know my password and can login on the computer. When I go back to the app to login, it still says “invalid credentials.” Someone has put a lot of time into developing this app that is completely useless.

Can’t login. Can’t verify my account after several attempts even though I know all my login info and entered correct code each time. App is complete garbage when it does work.

Keeps sending verification codes. Forces password change. Then refuses to accept new password. In this day and age, if an app doesn’t work the way the user expects, it’s deleted after 15-20 minutes. There are no second chances.

This is the worst app that I have been forced to use. The actual instructions in the app are useless.

Shows a nice looping video of people exercising but doesn’t let me put in the verification code it sends me by email. Can’t participate in the program I’m supposed to participate in using the app. I called customer service and they suggested I use the computer website which doesn’t synchronize to my smart watch.

What a junk app. I can even login to do anything with it just like others stated. Why waste your time and money publishing a worthless app?

Every time I try to login it will just crash and go to a white screen after I put in my password. I’m trying to claim my Fitbit offer code. I cannot seem to find where to claim it on the actual Staywell website instead. Is anyone from Staywell even running this app anymore?

Can’t believe corporations pay top dollar for this joke of a health contractor. App is buggy and usually doesn’t start. I typically get white blank screen after 10 tries and don’t know how to fix even after closing the app. What a joke.
