Pretty Poor App Design

Forgets who I am every two weeks. Today it acts like we just met. Needs Help. Also should keep separate steps from imported apps vs device imports. I would like to see steps converted from cycling and my wearable device steps
Not fully syncing

This app is not working for me. I’ve tried multiple times in multiple ways. Deleting and reinstalling. I cannot get past the set-up. And in my Bluetooth settings it says it’s connected but I cannot “forget this device.”
Won’t Display information

The app loads up to a white screen and stays there, never shows me my information.
Doesn’t work after update

The app worked well enough until the most recent update. Now all it does is have me set up my account over and over again. Useless.

The app was updated a few days ago and now the app won’t work. It just shows a white screen after I log in.

This app is complete trash. I'm supposed to have it for my work insurance but when I log on and put in all the info it knows who I am then it says let's get started and then the screen turns white and nothing else happens. I've deleted it and downloaded it 4 times and still nothing. Complete waste of time but more importantly battery life I'm done.
Can't use the app

After the initial setup all I get is a white screen. Can't do anything. Looks like this is a long standing issue too
Freezes my iPhone

Every. Single. Time. I upload this app to try to track my steps for my team at work, when I try to finish setup, I get the message “One moment please,” and then the screen goes completely white and it’s frozen there. So I delete the app. Then I try again later. SAME THING OVER AND OVER.
