Seriously!? I Need my money!

i tried to transfer money from my pay card to my actual bank through the transfer on the app. i waited 3 days just for them to send my money back to me and block my card. i called and they told me it would take another FIVE DAYS for my card to be unblocked after i fax my ID to them. seriously!? FIVE DAYS!! i have bills i need to pay. you guys need to seriously step up your game!

This app is outstanding. Don’t know what I would do without it. CardConnect keeps me connected to my card. My only complaint is that they don’t give me free money on my card... the card I’m connected to by and with.

It won’t let me transfer money to my savings anymore or to my sister and I don’t know why I have tried to figure it out but ever since the app updated it hasn’t let me do any of that!

I like the app for one it’s very user friendly the card you can use almost anywhere , Money shows up on time every time , I strongly recommend
