After I left my job, it’s been a struggle with this card and app. First it wouldn’t let me load money on it. Now I’m not getting any alerts of when money is loaded or taken off my card. I have to always ask it for my balance ???

It does what it’s supposed to do. Is very bare bones. Only feedback I have is that when I transfer the money to my bank it would be nice to have the amount on the card on the same screen so that I don’t have to look at my balance and then go to transfer it, having to remember the number. On Instant there was a button to toggle to just transfer full balance, that was convenient.

Honestly my only “issue” is that they don’t have any information on the app to let you know what fees you might incur for doing a card to account transfer, or the potential ATM fee depending on which ATM used. I suppose it’s possible I overlooked it, or maybe I am misunderstood about if Cardholder Services even has any ATM fees… ??? Otherwise, it’s very convenient!

I didnt receive my direct deposit and costumer sevice offered me no help at all . I lost an entire check using this card .
