Went to log in today to check my funds and all of a sudden it says “error occurred “ every time I go in the app it kicks me out

i was at the store buying me some groceries, when i swiped my card to check out, it declined. i tried checking my account cause i knew i had money. anyways, i tried checking , but it wouldn’t let me log in. i went home to check it out, still wouldn’t let me, so i deleted the app to refresh it, forgot my user ID for a min but i managed to get it, i insert it then gave me the thing where you got to put in an authorization code to verify your account. did that and once i got in, i had $0 dollars! how?! i haven’t spent money on anything this week! i need help asap!

i used to love this app, used it for months but now it won’t even open. there’s something seriously wrong with it. it keeps making my phone crash. do not get it.

It keeps saying “some error occurred.” And not loading anything. I tried deleting the app, restarting my phone, and even texting the phone number and nothing is working and all I want to do is check my balance.

Installed the app and upon opening, very first time, there’s an alert at the top of the page saying that an error occurred. So, it doesn’t even open. I have my paycheck monitored through an agency that allows pre-payday money transfers. This “bank” is so pitiful that when I went in search of the routing and account numbers, I was informed there aren’t any that I am privy to. What!?! Really!?! So, it’s a “bank” that doesn’t have a routing number? And the account number is not something I’m allowed to have. My account. My money. But I am not permitted access to any info. Obviously, using this card is going to be a temporary situation. I suggest against using a company that doesn’t have a call center with employees who speak English; who do not seem to have any legitimate banking practices, and who require the downloading of a trash app.
