This card is easy to add money and use. The app is also very convenient and keeps excellent track, with up to date transactions.

I had to send a verification ID for my account to be active again and the specialists told me in the call to send it to a department ,and she gave me the wrong department number I had to wait 5 business days but it end up being 15 days and I kept on calling and then they told me they gave me the wrong department so now I have to what 20 something and not being able you use my card ??what a bad service

I always transferred money to my actual bank account and they blocked my card for fraud like chargers and they didn’t even call me to let me know abt it and the only reason I found out is bc I called and asked and they still haven’t fixed my card and I can’t even access my money bc they can’t even do there job after they said they fix it I’m just really tired of there games there playing customer service was awful
