You shouldn’t have to push a button to enable the face recognition. Otherwise it works very well and I appreciate the app thank you.

Got a paycheck through this card , 900$ to be exact. Couldn’t pull out money or use card at all , called to see what the problem was and they said they inactivated my account because of a transfer of 50$ that THEY didn’t recognize , didn’t call or email about this problem to ask of my behalf first . Are they going to do this every time I transfer money to someone they don’t recognize? Even worse they said I must wait 5 business days for my account to be activated again .... I’ve been waiting a week . Still haven’t touched a penny of my money .

This is terrible like to be honest the bank always charges me more then the actually place I made a payment at. So I always have to argue with the other company

Every time I’ve tried to transfer money to my bank issued card an error pops up and asks me to enter a “proper 16 digit car number”. My card has 16 digits I don’t want to keep withdrawing money from my job card because of the fee ??. I tried to reach customer support but I don’t where the message went.
Not a mad costumer
Needs a UI tune up. Definitely looks out dated. Otherwise decent app. Just decent.

This card is conveniently available and the app is seamless. Every time I have a question it alerts me and the call center is always available to help!

Easy to use, I have this app for almost a year now and I like how they keep updating it to make it easy to use. I never had any problems regarding not being able to use my money. The only problem I had I wasn’t able to make a payment for an item I was buying overseas (China) over Amazon prime. But that wasn’t a dealbreaker I just used a different card to purchase my item.
