Seriously!? I Need my money! – PrepaidCardConnect Review

i tried to transfer money from my pay card to my actual bank through the transfer on the app. i waited 3 days just for them to send my money back to me and block my card. i called and they told me it would take another FIVE DAYS for my card to be unblocked after i fax my ID to them. seriously!? FIVE DAYS!! i have bills i need to pay. you guys need to seriously step up your game!
