Money just disappears

The fact that companies practically shove this down your throat is ridiculous in itself, but that isn’t the fault of the app developers. I do have a problem with the app taking money out of your account when you initiate a transfer to another bank account, but then that money not showing up in your other account. Sent a test transfer of $10 last Thursday and it’s yet to appear. No email or notification indicating that it may take “x business days” either. In case I messed up my baking info, I did another $5 test transfer and triple checked the information, that’s yet to appear as well. A Venmo transfer I initiated after the $10 transfer was deposited quicker than this. Where’s my money!?

Just a few weeks ago I got $25 of gas and it took $75 took them three days to give back the $50. Just now stole $1 from a one dollar purchase. Not to mention the cards DO NOT receive refunds WHAT SO EVER! So glad they asked me to review there app while I’m trying to check what I can’t do to get my money and still be able to buy Christmas presents tomorrow.

I’ve only had my card a week! My first paycheck and they locked my card and won’t release my money because they’re requiring me to submit proof of a credit receipt for a credit THAT THEY PUT ON MY ACCOUNT by cancelling my transfer without me telling them to! And they REFUSE to unlock it until I provide proof that I DON’T HAVE because I don’t have a point of sale refund receipt! This is why I never wanted this card!

The company connected with my card does not do anything to help dispute transactions. $150 was deducted from my card on 12/04/21 on a $20 purchase at a gas pump. So, that is $170 deduction for $20 worth of gas! The app says it’s still pending. So, in the meantime I am without my money. The card holder for Darden says that it will be another 5 business days after they told me that I would have to wait 3-4 business days. The phone service asks for your information twice over the phone before they eventually do nothing but apologize and tell you that it will be an even longer wait.

App working well no issues. Very happy to be able to use Facial recognition. Makes things easier not having to try to remember password every time.

This app would be amazing if the login could be figured out! Touch ID doesn’t work consistently and the app constantly crashes.
