Not sure what happened, but I opened it tonight hungry af tryna order food and I can’t log in to my account. Tried text, email, email code- all resulting to “Error. Please try again”
Postmates robbed me - charged, no delivery

I placed an order recently, was charged for it then received a text that said “closed”. I then got a call from the postmate who told me to cancel the order because he wasn’t able to. I’m guessing this was a scam to make some money. I reached out to support and they didn’t get back to me for several days. After going through their support several times, I got an email and was told they can’t refund me. Postmates has disappointed me more and more recently but at this point they actually took money out of my pocket and didn’t deliver the product and wouldn’t make it right.
This app is horrible
I hate Postmates.
I only use them if it is a necessity, they steal your food, orders go missing and best of all their support team does absolutely nothing to reach out to you. It’s a business for thieves. PLEASE use door dash before trying this app. At least they show proof the order has been dropped. Postmate drivers will just mark your order delivered and take the food themselves. The restaurant filled the order and won’t refund andPostmates will never help you

Now the more things you get the more the order delivery is. I got KFC popcorn chicken, macaroni, and corn. My delivery fee was 2.99 before and after 8.99. If I wanted to get it for 2.99 i’d have the buy their unlimited thing. But if you buy anything less then 15 dollars they charge you extra. Not a good deal.
A joke
Not good it crashes too much
The app is a joke and unless you live in the most densely crowded cities it’s worthless. Waited over an hour for 3 items from chic fil a on a Tuesday. My delivery driver changed 3 times and the excuse the app gave was saying “merchant is taking longer for order”. It’s chic fil a, they have your sandwich ready in 2 minutes max.

TL/DR: Postmates premium service is a horrible, fraudulent company that makes gym memberships seem easy to cancel by comparison. Posted a review last summer about the travesty that is the premium delivery membership. Signed up for it and the 2nd and 3rd deliveries both gave me the option to pay even more to get priority position in the delivery queue. Since I had just dropped OMG so much money on the membership that promised faster deliveries, I chose not to pay. Both times my order was the 4/6 to be delivered. Both arrived cold. So, I immediately popped into the app, went through the circuitous cancellation procedure, got an email saying I could still use the services until my membership was up but that, supposedly, the membership was cancelled. So why did I wake up to an email today saying that my card failed to process on my playmates renewal? Lucky, I suppose, that I had to change my CC between then and now, otherwise I’m sure I would’ve been hit with the full membership charge.
