Every time I’ve gone to order food it always says available later... Total waste of money there is nothing available (it’s been like this for months, when I first got this it wasn’t this bad).. Food has been wrong, I got someone else’s order before, the drivers are amazing, I’ve never had a problem with that portion, but this app is a total loss for me considering there is nothing ever available..I want my money back, I’ve paid two months, to never have anything available..
Missing what I ordered

I was looking at the reviews and saw mostly good but the first one that popped up was from someone who was missing an item from their order and that is exactly what happened to me on my first order! Super disappointed. They only refunded me, and there was no option to replace the missing item, so I’m still hungry:(

So online ordering is a nightmare but atleast doordash actually helps you with your order all you have to do is send them a picture to prove something is wrong. Instead on here you get your money back but only in postcash forcing you to play Russian roulette ONCE AGAIN just to get something decent to eat. I just spent $24 dollars and the whole thing was incorrect even though my driver called me and asked me what I would rather instead the store “forgot” to tell her my meal wasnt even on their menu? So instead of letting her fix my order they assumed that I’d rather something of less value and completely wrong. Also adding I was only refunded $13. Deleting this app, what a waste of time and money, I really recommend just sucking it up and going in person as much as you can, screw anyone who would rather we waste our money and ruin entire meals.

The app logged me out and I was never able to log back in. I reached out to support no luck. They said delete and re-download. I kept doing that and still not able to log in. I even asked if something was wrong with my account and everything looked fine. I don’t know what’s going on. It’s frustrating.

I ordered food and I was missing my soup so they gave me a credit. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to order again and AGAIN I had a missing item in my order. I went ahead and ordered again I don’t know why this time the guy took almost two hours to NOT deliver my food even though the app said delivered. I tried getting in contact with Postmates and NOBODY ever replied to my email. They don’t give you a refund to your card they give you a credit !!! I don’t want a credit I want a refund because I never want to order again from this app. Terrible customer service and terrible delivery. I’ll be going back to UBER eats.
