I used to like their service however today I ordered sushi from the place that I always order and the delivery fee is normally three dollars. And I even had joined the unlimited plus service. Today they charged me $23 for delivery. I contact customer service, the only way is if you email you cannot call. Somebody calls me back. She was very rude and unhelpful. She hung up the phone on me. She called back stating that we got "" disconnected. I request a manager as she was being unhelpful and she states that is not possible I ask her to explain why the fee have increased so much from three to $23. She does not give me a clear-cut answer once again I asked for the manager and she proceeds to hang up the phone on. Horrible customer service I will not be using Postmates ever again

Most of the places that I want to order food from are close to me so I don't understand why it'd take 45+ minutes for me to get my food. Also 10$ for delivery? That's stupid! I'm not going to pay more for delivery than the actual food I'm buying. Wish it wasn't so expensive to get some fast food delivered. App definitely DELETED!

I love this app! I only get a 30 min lunch break and there is no restaurants near by, this app helps me order it and get it before my lunch. Always on time and always right.

Worst customer service experience in the industry! If there is a problem with your order, which happened to us shortly after signing up for their unlimited program, you must email them and wait around for a response. They send you very generic, seemingly precomposed responses and are basically just apologies. They do nothing to remedy the problem other than credit you for the item you did not receive. Well guess what? So when my wife did not receive her meal they expected me to reorder it and that's it. Well to reorder it there was a $25 minimum, her meal was like $15. Plus I'd pay service, delivery and tip again? I don't think so. I told them I was going to cancel my service and they didn't care. They did not take care of me as a customer. I've always had great customer service with delivered dish and bite squad! I am back with them now. BTW. they never even credited the $15 back after all that either! Lol

Horrendously overpriced

This is insane. I downloaded it for a promotion and the delivery fees are insane! I understand that they go up with distance but among my two tries, one that was 5 miles away had a $24 delivery fee! Another that was literally a half block walk away from my place was still $6. Absolutely garbage, instant uninstall.

Like the delivery they have messed an order or two up but the other orders were all good. I think hey have been courteous and prompt. Can easily text the for special instructions.


Customer support is less helpful than At&t's

I asked customer support to remove my account after they sent me entirely wrong food and they literally told me to send a customer support request ... while I was talking to them.
