These folks somehow managed to deliver completely melted room-temperature ice cream to me despite it being 0 degrees outside… upon contacting them with a photo they refused to refund me. My first order was my last. If you work here you should get a new job, look at all the bad reviews, they won’t last for long.

I’ve had to contact them a couple of time with questions regarding cancelled order late orders. Very simple questions. And the attitudes and lack of assistance I get is down right terrible… borderline embarrassing. And I’ve mentioned it every time before ending the chat and every time they say “ I apologize for causing you any confusion. Now, is there anything else I can assist you with?” I will never use this app again.

I ordered Postmates some times

My orders were unaccepted so frequently. e.g. restaurant closed but it appears on app. It made me wait too much time without reasonable compensation. I will never try again this app until these problems are fixed.

Food comes hours late

Orders often come wrong and are always HOURS UPON HOURS late. This is not okay and needs to change.

Stolen order after stolen order

The drivers are constantly not dropping off my food and marking it as deliveries. Postmates refunds me but I have to start all over and it’s been a major headache. It has happened twice this month. There’s no recourse for the drivers taking the food so it’s an easy gig to go get free dinner. My order tonight was $160 worth of steak meals. This was my last time using Postmates.

I downloaded this app for the first time and was prompted to register(normal). I confirmed my phone number, apparently the previous number owner was also registered because I got a welcome back Gwendolyn. To this day I get emails to Gwendolyn, I know no one by that name. Between 6-8 every day, for the most random things. Just know your personal info will be sold and the spam will be plentiful. Worst app I’ve downloaded. Not the dev’s fault. Almost like the delivery fee and tip isn’t enough. More corporate greed

Can’t change my addresses?!?

If your planing on moving or changing work locations don’t bother with this app. I can’t change any address nor can I update my apartment number. It’s too much of a hassle to contact customer service. Also why is the easiest way to contact customer service on twitter of all places?!? It’s this app went down hill when Uber got their hands on it. S.M.H.

Use DoorDash. Over paying for food and when I have a valid reason to cancel an order they would not give me my money back. A joke. A waste of time.
