I don’t like when they send the driver to another customer with our food in tow. It means my food won’t come to me hot and fresh. Its always a disappointing to see that.

Free delivery offered but still charged

First off I was offered free delivery which is why I ordered from Postmates in the first place. I input the code in the promo spot not once but several times each time it said the promotion was already applied to the order. I finally decide to trust what that was saying versus what I was seeing figures given it would be deducted later. Then the order took at least 50 minutes to deliver because the driver got lost and food was cold. I tried contacting Postmates about the delivery fee but the app only lets you send a message once. All I wanted was to have the delivery fee refunded to me but I can’t get through. Everyone beware of free delivery offers. ?

I keep getting the same driver everytime i order from here. This driver obviously doesnt live around here. They have no sense in direction or common sense. Honestly rather deal with doordash

You order $25 worth of food and the service fee is some how $12 then you have to also tip the driver.... The fees seem to scale with how much you order like somehow me ordering an extra side of fries means the fee has to be jump up with it the service fee should be a flat rate this delivery service is a ripoff and greedy.

Postmates repeatedly delivered my food with the wrong thing on it and with the wrong items. This happened twice! And they wouldn’t even give me my money back after the first time, they thought I was trying to lie, BUT THE PHOTO SHOWED IT WAS NOT MY NAME ON THE ORDER. Will never use this app again.

This app is trash. Not only are the prices inflated, they never get the order correct, and it is always late. My final straw was tonight, when I placed an order an hour ago, it was accepted, with the ‘latest delivery time of 7:25pm.’ At 7:24pm they send me a notice saying that the order has been cancelled because there are no Postmates available! What a joke! Waited an hour for them to just cancel the order.

Hi!! No idea how to get your attention as calling the support line did not work. I’ve been waiting since January 25th for my driver’s application to be finished. My background was to be completed by February 4th, yet it is still not done. I understand that now is a very busy time, but a heads up or any info at all on what’s going on or how much longer I will need to wait would be nice. Thanks.

This app is horrible it sends drivers to wrong addresses and the drivers suffer I also never get what I order correctly.

Lol cold weather comes in, causes my tires to go flat. So I’m stuck working in the apartment all day. I’m a bit hungry and I have just $20 left in my account for groceries. No huge problem, I’ll hit up Postmates to run into Walgreens for me to get some groceries. Just enough to hold me until it thaws and I can fix my car tires. I place my order and shell out my last $20 until payday. I get a message about 30 minutes later “your order has been canceled. There are not any available drivers at the moment, but we will not charge you “ No huge deal, I’ll just try another one of these apps. But alas, my last $20 is MIA, from my Postmates order that was just canceled. I can’t even walk up to the store myself for groceries if I wanted to now. I understand electronic payments are not always so convenient. But how do you not know you have no drivers before committing to holding someone’s payment for days on end?
