This app has completely gone down hill. From overpriced delivery fees, to cancelling orders and not notifying you for another hour and a half, it's the worst!! I used to be a vary avid Postmates user and was extremely pleased with there service but it's been really bad recently. I place an order and it gets accepted, only to find out an hour and a half later that it's cancelled. Then there's the problem where you can't order from certain restaurants because "no Postmate is close" enough. What's that all about?? Isn't it there job to drive around and get food? I live in Downtown Pittsburgh! The farthest neighborhood is like a 10 min drive! All in all, I've become very disappointed in this service. It used to be amazing.

I've had 3 orders canceled for no reason at all. The order itself being canceled is not the problem. The problem lies within customer service canceling my order after waiting an hour thinking it was on its way. This has happened at least three times. It is impossible to reach customer service. I basically had to trick the app in order to get in touch with somebody (by email only). What I learned is they don't care about quality of service. Postmate's excuse was, "we've expanded too quickly and didn't have a driver for that order." I'm fine with a driver not being available. Just tell me up front when the order is placed instead of accepting the order and making me wait an hour before sending me a one sentence email stating, "Your order with Postmates has been canceled." The time you wasted is the issue; not the order. It's extremely inconsiderate and a great way to lose loyal customers. Postmates is too expensive to be this poorly operated. Shipt, Favor, and Amazon prime make Postmates less and less desirable. Hopefully competition in the market will entice Postmates to make changes or close shop altogether. I will not be using them again.

I just placed an order for $29 and the delivery fee was $28!!! They're constantly overcharging for delivery. "Surging" as they call it and charge 2x the normal price, with normal price being $14 which is also outrageous!! There are other services that are actually reasonably priced.

It states clearly in the description that it provides "delivery anywhere", but it does not specify that this only applies if you live in a major metropolitan area in a select few states. There is no delivery available in Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho, Wyoming, Arkansas, Vermont, North or South Carolina, or more than 30 other states. The description would be more accurate if it read "delivers to a few large U.S. cities".

Never had a bad experience with POSTMATES. Lots of places to choose from, drivers are friendly and courteous.

They do not have the ground support to make this work. The drivers select what orders they accept, so constantly you will not receive service.
