Order was accepted and listed as being processed by restaurant, but after nearly an hour, close to delivery time, the order was canceled.

I must admit i took a little break from Postmates after the delivery rates went thru the roof, but i decided to give it another try. I really love how convenient the app is. We were too lazy to go to Starbucks, and I got a little coupon to use on Postmates (NINJA10 for $10 off delivery) so it made sense to give it another try. Ordered 2 drinks, same as i always get, and it was about $10 total. The driver got lost on the way, but that's just human error, so the delivery happened within about 40 minutes. Some may say a bit too long for coffee, but hey, i didn't have to get to my car, drive over there, place the order, drive back and was doing other productive stuff in the comfort of my house while Postmates did the rest. So thumbs up.

I called a local pizza restaurant who no longer delivers pizza... they recommended that I go through "postmates"... do not use this app!!! I ordered through the app, one of my orders was no longer available at the restaurant. They gave me the option to substitute, which does not work... I had to call the restaurant to change the item...after paying for everything and the food Being prepared by the local restaurant Postmate mysteriously canceled my order. Good luck to anyone else who may try...

Convenient but not always on time

We just waited for an hour for 2 drinks from Starbucks. It is a convenient app however there are some improvements that are due. I had stopped using it for the same reasons a while ago but then ninja10 coupon urged me for another try. The driver was lost and couldn't properly read his gps. The drinks arrived half melted, the customer support was completely made of a template even though i was very specific. I am a bit disappointed but i am Glad i didn't pay the delivery fee.

Being able to see your receipt before it gets here is the way to go. Favor makes me wait until they deliver the order to tell me how much I have to pay. Never had a bad driver. It's Always faster than the estimation. This is my go to delivery service ??

After not accepting my order and telling me to keep trying, they tell me they're to busy and then tack on a 1.5x charge on top of everything! How do they stay in business!?

Burger King is two blocks away. Does it really take an hour to go two blocks? It said 20 minutes and then kept getting pushed back. They have also canceled orders saying the merchant is closed when they're not. They also lied about PF change not. Wing able to take my order because they were too busy; I called and PF Chang's said that they only had a 15 minute wait for orders.

Worst service ever!!!

Waited over an hour longer than estimated time. Driver called me off three numbers and then disappeared. All numbers were turned off. I aS left with hungry kids. After that I was told I would be refunded my money in 5 business days and wasn't. Now the support line is out of service. This place is a scam

Great app! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't always let you know when an order has been canceled (doesn't happen often). I'm not sure why there's so many reviews saying customer service is terrible. The few times I've had to reach out, they always respond within 24 hours and resolve my issue.

The amount of time this app has saved me is insane. I don't cook so definitely recommend this for anyone looking to add some variety to their cuisine choices.
