First they charged me for order but never delivered it. I was waiting for two hours, nobody gave me a call back. I wrote to the support and they answered that they have technical difficulties. I demanded to make up for inconvenience and they gave me $10ff of my next delivery. Now I have another issue. They charged my credit card card twice for the same order. My bank called me because I never authorized second order and they suspected fraud. I am angry and these type of charges unacceptable for a business. I can't trust them anymore and not going to use their service anymore. Besides they have most expensive delivery rates and fees.

I normally have a good experience with this app. But I ordered from Starbucks, and I waited for a while and it showed she'll be here in 30 minutes. And kept adding time, it's been like this for an hour or two. So I texted my postmates and she said she went some where else and I asked if I can cancel and she calls me and says that their making me a new one. So I waited again, and never got it. I waited for 3 hours and when I contact the customer service they didn't check up or anything. I just wanted my money back and they give her a tip without me knowing ??

Delivery is way overpriced, their customer support doesn't exist, and they all around are just awful.

Learn to pick up the phone and make a simple call to our customer if something is "out of stock" or can't be found. A reciept is always appreciated, since Im letting total strangers charge my cc.

I've never had a bad delivery person, all of them have been chill. Yes it takes time for your delivery but guess what the drivers are sitting in traffic, NOT ME! I also appreciate the promos Postmates has on delivery fees every now and again, it's a definite plus.

Worst Customer Service out of any food deliver app

I was a loyal Postmates customer for over 2 years. I've pretty much had it with their totally tone-deaf service. Nowadays, about 75% of my deliveries in San Francisco flake and cancel 1-2 hours AFTER placing the order. Last time I had a late order, I contacted support letting them know that I had been waiting for 90 minutes for my delivery and there was no sign that the food had been picked up. Support answered me with a 3 paragraph long explanation on how they record delivery statuses...What a joke! I finally cancelled and their reply was 'you will not be charged for the order'. Wow thanks. I don have to pay for food that I never received. Here's my experience with Doordash. When I contacted Doordash support about a similar issue (late delivery, no sign of coming any time soon), their support staff profusely apologized and offered credit to make up for it. I honestly didn't care about getting a free delivery out it. It's the fact that Doordash takes ownership over their mistakes.

Can't ever talk to somebody. Just cut & paste email responses about refund for missing items. Zero effort to fix problem of wrong food in front of you.

Better than Favor. Most places upload menu details allowing you to order just like your standing in the store. Delivery fees also cheaper than Favor.

This app is absolutely garbage now. I don't understand what is happening, when I try to place in order it says that it is accepted and it will give me an estimated delivery date but an hour later it will still same the same thing that it's accepted. I've even gotten the case where I'll place an order and it will be accepted but then 15-20 mins later it will be cancelled. The app was fine a couple of months ago but ever since whatever update they did its trash I've gone ahead and deleted it all together no sense keeping an app when its main function does not work
