Worst Customer Service out of any food deliver app – Postmates - Food Delivery Review

I was a loyal Postmates customer for over 2 years. I've pretty much had it with their totally tone-deaf service. Nowadays, about 75% of my deliveries in San Francisco flake and cancel 1-2 hours AFTER placing the order. Last time I had a late order, I contacted support letting them know that I had been waiting for 90 minutes for my delivery and there was no sign that the food had been picked up. Support answered me with a 3 paragraph long explanation on how they record delivery statuses...What a joke! I finally cancelled and their reply was 'you will not be charged for the order'. Wow thanks. I don have to pay for food that I never received. Here's my experience with Doordash. When I contacted Doordash support about a similar issue (late delivery, no sign of coming any time soon), their support staff profusely apologized and offered credit to make up for it. I honestly didn't care about getting a free delivery out it. It's the fact that Doordash takes ownership over their mistakes.
