Best of all time. Just wish you could add more than two metronomes at once

For me, the price that you pay for this app is worth every single cent. It is very versatile. For one thing, the variety of sounds included in this app makes it so that you can always find a sound that you can hear over what you’re playing. For another, the ability to play two independent patterns allows for the creation of complex polyrhythms or really intricate drum beats. Additionally, the playlist function allows you to create large, non-repetitive passages. These three features have been invaluable to me when learning percussion parts because it allows me to seamlessly switch between meters. On a few occasions, have even programmed whole sections of my part so I can play along slowly. The interface does take a little getting used to, especially on smaller screens, but once you get used to it it’s very easy to use. By far the best metronome app I have found.

I'm an intermediate/enthusiast drummer, and not pro, so I have a shorter, structured practice time. This app helps me structure my practice, track my progress, and really think about the notes I need to play when I'm focusing on my technique. As a metronome it's great, of course, but it's more of a transcription and journaling tool than it might appear - though it's difficult to use initially, as you become accustomed to the app you'll find it anticipates your needs. I've loved using it, and the playlist function - as well as the information it returns on each practice session - has been a great boon to efficient but thoughtful practice.

Easy to use and contains a lot of helpful features. I use this app almost daily and it’s as simple or as complex as I need it to be. No pop-ups and never cuts out or fails to run properly. I’d be lost without it.

Title says it all, LOL! The developer is married to this app and continues to improve it and add more features. A true love relationship between developer and app (and users too, a three some that is socially acceptable on every level)! Haha! Get it you’ll be glad you did

As a band leader, I use PolyNome for rehearsals so that we always practice at the same tempo, and for live performances, even holding up my phone and letting audiences in on my “secret”.

I’ve been using this app since it came out. I am having to adjust to the new update. Otherwise great app.
