Worthless App!

This app is worthless. It doesn’t even work which makes drop off pick up more difficult. Also, the data privacy statement gives the company the right to use the geo tracker even when the app is not in use to track everywhere you go and sell your data. The geo tracker drains your phone battery.

My daughter’s school just started using this app. Because I didn’t read the school instructions correctly I had an issue setting up. Contacted customer service and they quickly fixed my mistake and got me set up. Looking forward to using the app more. I think it will simplify the pick up time

As far as I can tell, this app is pretty straightforward and does what it is supposed to. I found setting up a delegation slightly confusing, but emailed customer support through the app and heard back in less than 24 hours.

I wasn’t able to see my child after initial set up but with Nita’s help the issue was resolved quickly.
Bad interface, bad support, not helpful

Got caught in a horrible 2 week long ground hog day cycle trying to set up due to a data conflict that I had no way of understanding existed. Help service was useless and I had to call the. Schools support number to get it resolved after 2 weeks Next I got reprimanded by the school for using the wrong announcements interface when it was really not clear which option I should use. Using the “student self check in option” did not sound like the correct option for me to use to check in my son. Now I cannot assign delegates to pick up my son and the online help is 100% useless and they are not responsive to their own contact systems. I am going to advise our PTO rep that the school should abandon this mess and get another system.

Very Disappointing

Went to pick my grand daughter up when it was raining and sat an hour in carline just to find out they had sent her home on the bus. It does not make anything easier. Just more complicated. Her school she was in last year doesn’t use it.

I really like this app. I can announce for my child when I’m close to the school and when I arrive, my child is ready to go! The support is great too! Thanks Neha for the quick response and clear instructions on how to resolve my app issue. I highly recommend this app for any school.
