Good interface with Excellent support

Great app for picking my kids from school. It saves a lot of my precious time. I announce my kid and in 5 minutes my child is at the gate for pickup. I do not have to stand in queue and wait for hours like before. Whole heartedly give thanks to kakuli kumar for resolving my issue in no time. Customer support is awesome.
Unusable and frustrating

After I log in, the main home page displays off the screen towards the top. The navigation bar and options are out of view so I can’t access the UI controls like Settings. I’m trying to add a delegate to pick my kid up. Can’t use the app. Go to the website. It tells parents to use the app. I’ll just call the Attendance office until they can find something that works.

We were unable to find my kids information on the app so when i created a support they reached out to me very quick and provided me steps on what is needed and help me setup. This made the setup easy and quick.
