Bad interface, bad support, not helpful – PikMyKid Review
Got caught in a horrible 2 week long ground hog day cycle trying to set up due to a data conflict that I had no way of understanding existed.
Help service was useless and I had to call the. Schools support number to get it resolved after 2 weeks
Next I got reprimanded by the school for using the wrong announcements interface when it was really not clear which option I should use. Using the “student self check in option” did not sound like the correct option for me to use to check in my son.
Now I cannot assign delegates to pick up my son and the online help is 100% useless and they are not responsive to their own contact systems.
I am going to advise our PTO rep that the school should abandon this mess and get another system.
