I registered at PikMyKid and the school didn’t have me on the file, PikMyKid technical support was really fast and efficient to give me a feedback and help register my kid. Everything done very quick. Great job!

Sparse interface, Sparse information,

Easy Deposit

PikMyKid is among the poorest written apps I’ve used. The interface is very sparse, having eight or 10 menu items with very little information behind any of them. Although I have two children that are delegated to me three days a week I don’t get notifications for both of them. The days and children that have been delegated to me don’t show up on the phone until the actual day I need to pick them up, so I have no idea if the app has any of my future delegations on its calendar. The idea behind PikMyKid is great, but the developer put very little time into it. Hopefully my child’s school can find a new and better app in the near future.

Started off with some technical difficulties. But ultimately had them fixed with help from Nita Supradeepan. She was able to get my children’s names to appear after a few unsuccessful attempts on my part. So far this system is working great for our school and kids. Thank you Nita for you technical support and your patience with me!
