This app does not work. I can never "announce" my child through it. A teacher always has to be in the line to announce because no parents can use the actual app.

App especially with the recent upgrade is no longer functional on my iPhone. Very difficult to use and frustrating as I just wind up spend time trying to use it and also emailing teachers as well.

While I love the concept of this app, the execution is lacking. It constantly forgets my user name and password, and then makes me go through the demo every time.

I’m so happy my little sister’s school is using this app. My mom delegates me the morning of the pickup and I get to the school and simply click on the announce button and a minute after that, my sister gets into the car. It has reduced my time in the car line and now I can make it to my college classes on time!

Though I click the “remember me” button every time I log on, I STILL have to enter my email address and password every time I pick up my daughter. Not only is this frustrating, it’s dangerous. The last thing schools need is parents trying to log-on while driving through school parking lots. Either make the “remember me” button work, or add the thumbprint functionality. In addition, after each log-on, I’m directed through the new-user prompts. Having the extra step of clicking “exit” after each log-on is tiresome and unnecessary. The purpose of the app may be fantastic, but I’m stuck behind the poor user-friendliness at this point.

My kids’ school used this for 2 weeks and it never worked properly. I could never check in to announce I was on campus until well after I’d already picked them up. Even when the principal checked us in with his own iPad, my daughter said she was never summoned outside by the program. It was a waste of $3000.
