One of your techs, Darius Sillart did an amazing/expedient job helping me resolve an issue. Usually when you’re working with customer service for apps the service is slow but Darius answered and resolved my issue within 24 hours and I’m so grateful because it allows me to use this app once school starts on Monday!

Darius was quick to respond to my email on issues announcing my student. He had me screen shot my issue and he quickly figured out it was my google maps not recognizing the school address. I gps the school and then it recognized it! Thank you Darius! This app is great and helpful in moving pickup line quicker and smoother!

I don’t need fancy services except for checking in and announcing the kid. In that regard, this app is very straightforward, everything can be done on the homepage. The customer team is super responsive.
