Easy to use

This is an intuitive interface for its purpose and the customer service was very responsive when my kids did not automatically appear when first using.

I had some user errors =) ..so I reached out to their customer service. The service was fenomenal, patiently they were there thru emails to follow up until I resolved my issue. In regards to the app use, my kids love it. They get to wait inside the school, comfortably seated until their name lights up in the big screen once I click on the app upon arriving to our PikMyKid zone to “announce” the kid. The car line in our school improved 100%: faster, safer.
5 stars on the customer support alone!

To be fair I haven’t really used the App just yet but their customer support had the quickest response rate and was able to fix my issue! I’m expecting the App to perform as well as their customer support!

I am new to the Ap. So far it seems good and makes sense. I had one challenge using it, but I simply messaged the apps support group and same day I heard back from the representative Neha Yadav. Not only was I guided the right direction but she also let me know I could reach out to her directly if I have any issues in the future. 5 stars!

This app has significant problems. It hardly works and when it does, it does so poorly. The only way this makes sense if the administration gets a kickback for using it.

My school requires this app for pick up. I was skeptical when I read the reviews, but it hasn’t failed me yet. I am able to PikMyKid up with your a hitch

Delegation process wasn’t working according to their documentation. Support phone line goes to voicemail and no callback. By time I got a reply to an email, had had to rearrange work schedule to pick up anothet way. Should have some degree of real-time support for something this time-sensitive.

If you are divorced, this software cant understand two different telephone numbers. Its also buggy for ios, you cant fill out your school notes because the keypad doesnt allow it. What a pain.
