This app is trash. I have constant issues with answering calls (it won’t let me after pressing 1) and the quality of the call isn’t great half the time. If you’re using this service for professional services, look elsewhere!

I have had no problems with notifications or inbound calls currently. It is irritating that the red message notification shows up but I discovered that if you close the app and reopen it quickly, that notification will go away if you have already seen your messages. Today a customer support representative named Omar walked me through my experience of setting up a greeting and managing the app for an incredibly long time – I did not pay for this it was included as part of their phenomenal support team. As a busy entrepreneur, support is critical for me. I will always use companies like this without sending response and support. There’s nothing like getting a live representative within only two minutes. Phenomenal. If there is a glitch or two, at least someone is there to help me fix it in real time. I’m wildly impressed.

-Calls qualities are good ( never had an issue) -Caller ID doesnt work when you have call forwarding -takes time to upload a missed call -you get marketing calls I wish they could update these problem, and make this app prefect.


Soooo glitchy

This app is so glitchy! It drops calls all the time and often inhibits me from making outbound calls too. One time two calls came in at almost the same time and somehow it answered both? So I had 2 people talking to me at once? How?? The website is far from user friendly as well! Difficult to navigate. I do not recommend this app!


Poor product even if there is good customer support

The app has so many problems I couldn’t in good conscience recommend this to anyone. The amount of time I have spent on with customer support was not worth the small savings when I switched providers. They need to fix the glitches.

I wish I could give this app and service more than two stars. Calls occasionally drop, but in almost every call I am told I am breaking up and customers cannot hear me. There have been times I have hung up on a customer who couldn’t hear me and had to call back on my personal cell. It is frustrating for both the client and me. Support gives you the run-around when you submit a ticket, when they choose to respond. For example, I submitted a ticket earlier this week with an issue and was told they would respond in 24 hours. I don’t have 24 hours to wait before reaching out to clients. I run a business. They did not respond, but the next day I saw that an update was available that seems to have fixed the bug. Still, I would have appreciated a response. We are beginning to look for alternative options because it is impossible to run a successful business with phone.com.

Today we missed leads, again. Because the app didn’t ring. Only reinstall helps. We cannot predict what day it happens again.

I have been using phone.com for years and I have been very happy with the service. Custom menus age voicemails. It’s great!


Poor response time

This app does everything it is supposed to do and does it well...if you are willing to wait for the app to load, complete tasks, and switch to other tabs. It has slow responses to many aspects of the features.


Needs Apple Watch support

I have an Apple Watch so I can get notifications when my phone is not on me. I miss calls all the time because notifications for Apple Watch don’t work. I called support and they are not able to assist.
