Terrible app

This app has been terrible for many years and phone.com hasn’t done anything to fix the issues. Phone.com has great service for businesses but this app is a huge miss. I don’t understand why they can’t get this right. Messages won’t load and missed calls take hours to show up on the app. I continually have to log in on a computer to get missed calls in a timely manner so I don’t have to wait for the app to catch up.

Inconsistent- calls from clients often do not come through, at times voicemail doesn’t work at all, fax doesn’t consistently work, can’t see outgoing faxes- terrible service. I haven’t switched because it’s a hassle to do so, but when I have time I absolutely will. Save yourself a ton of frustration and liability and DO NOT PURCHASE!

This service works great it allowed me to keep my phone line active and portable much more fluid than google voice

Contacts no longer show up

A very cumbersome app to begin with and now none of the contacts that I had manually entered over the two plus years of my using this service don’t show up in the app. I don’t see the point of the subscription.

Not getting notifications

I have all notifications turned on in settings, yet I’m not being alerted: NO sounds, banners, or lock screen notifications when I receive texts. Needs updated ASAP!

It feels like this app has gone un-updated for years. It is very laggy, buggy, and the notifications are not very accurate. If the developers see this, PLEASE fix the bugs or I will have to switch to something different

Looses contacts weekly

So frustrated that all of my contacts disappear, constantly! I have to delete the app from my phone and reinstall it over and over. Sometimes my contacts return and sometimes they do not. I do not link my personal contacts, I only use the contacts within the app to keep everything HIPAA compliant. But it is not working. So frustrating!!

Very glitchy

This app is incredibly glitchy. It doesn’t notify me when texts come in, and then when I open the app, even after I’ve responded, it shows notifications when I’ve already taken care of them. Not ideal at all, but as long as you check the app regularly, it gets the job done. And if the other persistent red notification bubble doesn’t bother you….
