Not much to say – Phone.com Review

I wish I could give this app and service more than two stars. Calls occasionally drop, but in almost every call I am told I am breaking up and customers cannot hear me. There have been times I have hung up on a customer who couldn’t hear me and had to call back on my personal cell. It is frustrating for both the client and me. Support gives you the run-around when you submit a ticket, when they choose to respond. For example, I submitted a ticket earlier this week with an issue and was told they would respond in 24 hours. I don’t have 24 hours to wait before reaching out to clients. I run a business. They did not respond, but the next day I saw that an update was available that seems to have fixed the bug. Still, I would have appreciated a response. We are beginning to look for alternative options because it is impossible to run a successful business with phone.com.
