After 10 months I’m still waiting for an update that promised to make it work

It worked for a few weeks, but started dropping calls, or I could hear the phone ring, it could not answer to complete or engage in the call. July 2017 it became completely different unreliable! I was promised an update to solve the problems. It’s May 1, 2018 os and I’m still waiting for the update. This phone app does not work...sorry!

Been with Phone.com 9 years. The app is so buggy i’m ready to change service. Customer support acts clueless to any issues with app. I have to uninstall and re-install about once a week.

The makers of this app, definitely have the right idea! They just need to keep working to perfect the soft-phone application. I use the app every day for my small business, and gives me the “dual sim” iPhone, that I always wanted. The app definitely has a few problems, but the technicians really seem to care about fixing it. I look forward to the fixes soon! Below are the current problems that I’m experiencing, Using on iPhone 8plus, with iOS 11.2.2. Answering with Bluetooth does not always work... at times it will instantly disconnect the incoming call, when I’m trying to answer. Sometimes when making an outbound call, the line goes silent / never rings... says “connected” but just remains silent. Text messaging does not allow pictures. Does not provide rejection notification to the sender. Old deleted voicemails randomly reappear. - - - I had high hopes that the developers would get a fix soon! I’m experiencing a lot of trouble with Phone.com today! I’ve had two out going calls go dead, and one incoming call get dropped, when attempting to answer. Please, please, I need a fix soon! This is getting really frustrating.

Worked great for several months then starting dropping calls. Eventually, it shut down completely. We scrambled to find a backup after days and days on the phone with their customer service. Overall, we lost a two weeks of business and about $30,000 in contracts during our peak season.

If you are seeking a reliable phone service for your business, this product is not for you. Your calls will drop, the app will freeze, and you will appear unprofessional to your customers.

Been waiting for a functional app for Phone.com for a while, the old one wasn't really great for business use as its functionality was too basic. This one looks way more promising.

Come on guys!! Why can't you make a good app ones?!?!! It is very disappointing, I've been waiting so long for a good update or a new app. It finally came but not good at all! I give more than one star just because I enjoy the service regardless the app!


Rather use the old app

It looks great but is functionally terrible. I received an email that showed up on he old app, but not the new one. Viewing faxes and deleting them is complicated. Can't clear history.
