App is so glitchy. Customer service has offered to trouble shoot with me on the phone but those trouble Shooting sessions take a long time and often don’t walk away with a resolution.

This company struggles with their iOS app, but it is really getting better. I use this app everyday for my small business. Calls normally work if I use the “call back” mode, and texting is actually acceptable now. Thanks - please keep the improvements coming!!


AirPod not fully compatible with the APP

AirPod will stop function after the APP gets minimized and won’t work again unless hang up the call to reset the AirPod setting. It will be nice if developers can fix this issue soon. Thank you!


Not compatible with current iPhone update!!

It was working totally fine and when I updated my phone, it no longer notifies me when there is a voicemail and it will not play in the app. I have to export it and send it to myself in a text message in order to listen. Extremely inconvenient, please fix ASAP!!!

The app is rarely upgraded and is less and less reliable. Sometimes I have to completely shut down my phone to get the app to respond and let me make calls. I’ve been using Phone.com for years and am still using it because of inertia more than for features.

After putting in my login information it says log in Pass but stays on the same log in screen please fix.

I had over a year of being satisfied with no difficulties then services were dropped and calls were being routed to my personal phone. Multiple attempts at customer service calls were not answered and the person in the chat room just tried to sell me more services. My business calls are too important to risk with these problems.
