Better but needs improvement.

I like the appearance compared to the old app. As far as I can tell with limited use the functionality is there. My biggest issue is that the badge doesn't update correctly. Old calls don't appear to reset after deleting voice mail or seeing the call log.
It needs polishing for sure!!!!

I was excited to download the App and put it to great use right away. I made a phone call or two and it worked fine. The problem began when I used the Texting feature...it has potential if they can just remove the bugs. Texting out to another phone seems reasonably quick but once the other person responds..good luck in figuring out when the response took place. The app fails to communicate properly when getting a response from another number. I hope this gets fixed soon otherwise I may re-think using the entire service all together. "You're only as good as your weakest link"

This app has spelling mistakes throughout. Additionally the notifications never come through and the badge number never updates.

I use it for simple calling and voicemails. No problems with it! Easy to set up.

App has definitely been improved. Phone.com really cares about its clients. I can now manage all my communication needs with my clients while on the go. All the issues I discovered with the previous app have been corrected. Extremely happy with the Phone.com service as well. I am an electrical contractor and have recommended them to many of my clients. Thanks for the great and much needed update!

I have been a customer of Phone.com for over 2 years. This app is by far the best I have seen. Love the quality on VoIP mode with HD audio. Can send emojis - nice, and Video Conference looks solid. I would like to see more polish and performance, send/ receive pictures, send group messages, better fax and so on. Keep up the good work guys. I run my business mostly using the app, so keep it stable.
