I’m sure I thought as most people do when they price this product, wow that’s a lot of money but by the second day after two sessions my teeth were so much whiter and my mouth felt so clean that I couldn’t believe it and became an instant believer. I’m 44 years old and didn’t go to the dentist on schedule like you should and I had that brown color on my teeth and after 2 sessions it’s almost completely gone. All I can say is that I can’t stop smiling and I’m in love and it’s definitely worth the money hands down the best‼️‼️‼️?????????
Frustrating app

This app is really annoying and frustrating on two points. For starters, it won’t let you clear notifications manually! Most apps clear notifications when you open them! Another issue is that the app WILL NOTIFY YOU TO SYNC UP YOUR TOOTHBRUSH JUST SECONDS AFTER YOU HAVE BRUSHED WHILE FOLLOWING ITS PROMPTS!! How’s that the app is unaware you just synch’ed? Please fix!

Toothbrush itself is great but I spent the extra money for the app option and now I regret it completely. It connects to phone but always says I missed the all my teeth. Will NOT Recommend to anyone to spend extra money for the app option. Save your Cash and get Oral-B at least their app works.
Still crashes on startup

Still freezes and crashes on startup. Unable to use even after wiping the app. Broken for a year. Garbage. Don’t believe their high reviews it’s all old stuff before they screwed up the app.
App not tracking brushing correctly

For about the third time in two weeks this app is not tracking my brushing as I go, which I thought was the point of the app. Nor am I getting credit for brushing sessions. I think I’ll ask my periodontist if I really need to hook the brush up to the app. The app’s inconsistency takes away from the fine quality of the brush. Please fix it or stop using Bluetooth on toothbrushes.

The sonicare app is fantastic. When purchasing I doubted I would actually ever use it, turns out I now sync my toothbrush to the app twice day to monitor the accuracy of my brushing. I completely love the visual feedback I get and knowledge of where/when I need to brush longer. Great product , awesome app.
Not a good experience

I got a Lunar Blue 9700 for my birthday gift. I thought, an awesome present for 300$, however, not everything went smooth with that app. When I register my toothbrush, the app registered it under a different product and different toothbrush, instead of apply my 9700, it applied 9300 series brush, which is a different brush, size, color and speed. It took my credit card for this subscription and start sending me the WRONG head brushes from 9300 series model white color and so on. I don’t understand how you can mess up 300$ product in such way.... obviously this app is crap and it doesn’t do what it’s suppose to do because Philips makes such a mistakes. We will be returning this gift if the issue won’t get fixed by Christmas.

You guys aren’t solving world problems with this app, people with jailbroken devices should be able to use it. Either way, there is always a way?.
