Clunky, poor design

DomZ88

I agree with other reviewers, the notification tone for the app is hit or miss. Sometimes it goes off and other times I get nothing, but find a notification sitting on my home screen. The new design is also a terrible and unintuitive. The way they changed how you search for a contact to call or start a conversation with is in the most bizarre spot and practically hidden. This design is actively worse than the last design

Most recent update FAIL

Kramer130

This most recent update changes the interface when forwarding messages. You can no longer see the original message once you click forward. So now there is NO practical way to copy any information/text from the page. For instance: if you need to copy important information, there’s never been a way to copy text. You could type it in the message interface then copy/paste your own text. From a one-way page (IE clinical info, name/DOB) you had to try to forward the page and then type info in your message interface. You can no longer see the original message once you click forward. So now there is NO practical way to copy any information/text from a one-way page. Please address this ASAP.

Clunky Buggy Poor UI

Wookas

In this day and age of application development, I think the messaging UI is fairly set and a solved problem. Yet this team somehow has made creating messages surprisingly difficult and counter intuitive, especially when searching for contacts. Why is searching for contact independent of the field TO: field? Please just use use Snap, What’s App, or ANY email client as an UI example of what over 1 billion plus users of these apps are used when creating messages. Connectivity of this app is atrocious. So many spinning wheels timeouts on both IOS and Android. Notification Tone so buggy. Barely get the ding on IOS or android. We have been using for two years in our practice. Basic Core functionality works: ie notifying our physicians of patient consults and alerts Not sure how much this company cares about feed back as its been sitting below 3 stars since it launched.

A nightmare

on call

While the idea behind the app is good, when using daily it turns into a nightmare. After 4 years of usage i have countless examples of how this has profoundly worsened my professional and personal life. From repetitive overnight alerts from an already answered page to complete disconnection to the system without making the providers aware this app is a nightmare no matter in what healthcare setting you are trying to use it.

Very buggy!

hs at advocate

Crashes. Doesn’t respond. Slow at tines. Often freezes. Will not launch at times. After update, cannot delete/archive conversations. Very buggy when searching for a provider. This app needs significant work.

Horrible app

D Parda

Horrible application Freezes quite often Continually need to delete the app and reload

Apple Watch compatibility

just let me post!

The app works pretty well, although glitchy at times. You have to continually refresh in order to see new conversations and new messages. I use the app for on- call, and if you receive notifications on your phone then you can’t also receive on your Apple Watch. I was really hoping to have a redundant notification so I don’t miss a page. Can you please allow for both notifications? Thanks!

Buggy and unsafe for any time critical messaging

hamillm

My employer is attempting to move to this system for secure messaging. The software crashes often - loses usernames that are supposed to be stored and really doesn’t seem to work all that well. In its current form it seems unsafe to use for anything that is time critical. Would avoid if at all possible!

Poor quality

Dkrikrjskenfkkd

Yet another wannabe messaging system. Slow, buggy interface. Lingo used by support staff and app doesn’t reflect common usage. For example, setting status as unavailable does not really make practioner unavailable. All changes need to be done by telephone call. This app is a sentinel event waiting to happen.

Secure Communication

I’m able to customize when nurses reach out to me which is great. I can customize the sounds so when I’m on call I know when I get a PerfectServe message opposed to a regular text. Now I’m just hoping that other hospitals I take call at will get on the system too.
