Slow, unreliable, keeps on needing restarts to read messages. Makes work more difficult, rather then providing a streamlined form of communication.

Very bad. Is dangerous. Notification does not work. Perfect however if you want a quiet night on call.

Horrible, not user friendly, takes a superuser RN 2-3 minutes to get through all the hard stops to send me a “we need you in this delivery STAT message” PS says it works great They have removed all options for feedback and are telling Admin “no negative feedback” Impossible to change how I am being notified, one day it’s texts, the next it’s direct calls (from 877 area code, home of scam calls from Russia) Do everything possible to keep your hospital from adopting this system!!!!

Can’t sign up - no matter what I try, the app says my password does not meet complexity requirements. Appears to be broken. Support just says I need to contact my own IT staff but they don’t know either.

My employer requires us to use this for a replacement answering service, but for patients, a voicemail cannot replace talking to a human. I am constantly getting other providers messages because Mine is the first on the list and several patients don’t listen to the entire message to hear what number to press to get to their provider. But worst of all, the sound notification of a message only works about 50% of the time. Not good if the hospital is trying to reach you. Customer service is of no help on this issue. I even bought a new iPhone 11 in case my old iPhone 6 was outdated, but that made no difference.

It is helpful to have a full directory of the physicians at the hospital and to be able to change coverage in the call schedule last minute.

The lack of a landscape option is a major limitation for use on iPad. Notifications do not always work. Allowing adjustment of font size would be nice.

After the update, it’s great that you can have it over ride do nothing disturb however I can’t change the volume. It’s always notifying me at volume 9000. Can we remedy this?

Usually fine but over past 4 wks keeps crashing can’t open pages until uninstalling reinstalling apps, sometimes that doesn’t even work, colleagues are having this same problem. Def needs a bug update of some sort NOT a reliable or safe paging system to use for pt care at this Time
