Horrendously slow app wastes HOURS of time daily

I have been using this app for 2+ years now and it’s just getting worse and worse. The concept and organization and use is extremely helpful but the glitches and the number of times the app freezes daily is absolutely absurd. There are 40+ physicians in my group and we all have the same issue. I’ve complained to tech support several times and the answer is “it’s your connection”. Really? All 40 of us, whether it’s our home super high speed Wi-Fi, our 5G or LTE, or work Wi-Fi, ALLLL have a connection issue? It’s not that app? Really? I will be having all of our physicians as well as the 100+ at our sister hospitals leave reviews and I assure you, it won’t be pleasant. I’ve already motioned for our hospital system to change to a different company.


One of the worst

App doesn’t work well you get a beep but nothing appear on screen you have to find computer to log in to ER browser to see what message you got which is difficult as doctor on call, I tried reaching out no one responded, if I ave chance I won’t use it but my employer bought this crap. I would take it if some one give for free. .


Too loud

If I’m on a phone call and I get a notification, The sound is so loud that I feel that I’m damaging my hearing. It’s a true occupational hazard. Please adjust this.

- error message that connection was lost - can’t check messages on phone anymore - it worked for the last 5 years, so what changed? - tried all the usual - WIFI, cell data, restart hone, reinstall app, software update on iPhone - the problem occurred before and persisted after upgrade to OS 15.1 - support had me restart my WIFI router twice - “loss of connection” must be an app issue

Can’t open messages since the update. Technical support was NO help. This is effecting our entire team. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Very glitchy app. Even worse since the recent upgrade. Messages don’t open, app closes upon opening messages. Also if you start writing a message and you stop for more than 15 seconds you lose the message.

Come on people! Fix the app! When you open it it closes immediately without you being allowed to listen to message. Junk!


Almost deaf

This app is so loud I sleep with earbuds on at night and it would still wake me up. Otherwise I would wake up feeling like I’m having a heart attack!
