Buggy and unsafe for any time critical messaging – PerfectServe Practitioner Review

My employer is attempting to move to this system for secure messaging. The software crashes often - loses usernames that are supposed to be stored and really doesn’t seem to work all that well. In its current form it seems unsafe to use for anything that is time critical. Would avoid if at all possible!
