Deleting messages

Please add “Select All” in order to delete multiple messages at the same time. I have thousands of messages over the years. Impossible to manually go through and select and delete. Thank you

It does work! Two pages didn’t come through then you get a call from an automated system. By that time it’s too late, I’ll probably lose my job thanks to PerfectServe thanks again for nothing.

I can’t seem to get push notifications to work on my phone. It’s literally useless as an app in the current settings when using with my Apple Watch and apple phone. I can’t seem to get the sound to ever come on. If I don’t feel the vibration I miss important calls. As a resident I am forced to use this app and yet am constantly getting push back from not responding quick enough. Half the time it takes the phone call back feature for me to even know I missed a text

Have used for about 3 years now. Frequent operational issues and poor software design make this a poor choice for your hospital’s communication platform.

As a cath lab nurse, i need this app to notify me of a stemi page when on call. It has failed to do so to date. You can conclude the implications.

We’ve been using it for years now but there is no improvement at all in the usability, functionality and any other aspect. Every update makes no difference or degrades it. They should allow to select a patient from patient list and send a message to any physician with the patient info in the message. I don’t even feel like talking about issues since it is so bad.

Updated and then my business contacts list disappeared. Now I can’t message anyone.

With July 2019 “update” you can no longer tap a contact, but now you have to go through a long process to connect with someone. The poor audio connection with two parties unable to speak and be heard at the same time has not been fixed.

Repeatedly pages for patients that aren’t mine IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. Misspellings and typos that make it impossible to figure out who to call. IM done with them now - they just put the patient through ON FACETIME at 10pm for a routine matter when I was barely out of the shower, unprofessional and an embarrassment. Take it out of the App Store!!!!
