I lost this app on the latest update or so I thought. I still have if I go to the App Store to retrieve it. Why is there no icon on my desktop?

I was a bit confused at first, but called customer service and figured it out within a minute. It was so simple I thought I did something wrong!

Re-downloaded the app after upgrading phones. Wouldn’t except either of my two payment methods and said there was a processing error. Called customer service who obviously has one answer for all problems, wouldn’t let me speak and when I tried I was hung up on. Then I tried calling the number on my parking spot and was hung up on again. And by an automated system so that was infuriating. Won’t be using this garbage anymore. Thanks for the parking ticket.

I was trying to set up a corporate account with approximately 120 employees in the San Francisco area, but could not set the account. Reached out for help but it would take hours for the same person to answer and will supply no help whatsoever. He always answers as I just woke him up from a deep asleep and he sounds bothered. I believe this service is based out of the USA therefore their customer service standards are quite different than we are used to receive in the USA. No stars given but I will give a big goose egg instead. Stay away and look for a different app or do it the old fashion way. Have some coins in your pocket. Cheers,

Double charged due to error message and asking for card # three time. Highly recommend not using this. Totally irresponsible developers

Tried 3 different times to create an account. Each time I’m told my number already has an account (even though I never had this app before), then, when I enter my number to request a password reset, nothing happens, it doesn’t text me anything. Beyond useless and annoying.

Love how convenient Pay By Phone is. I can't stay, safe, in my car and pay on the app and then go straight to my destination by foot. Love it!

App not showing up on my mobile

I was re loading the app and then it got stuck. I deleted it and went to apps and chose to open and download it again. It opens in the App Store but doesn’t show up on my screen on my mobile device. So now how am I supposed to use the app?

Used it for the first time tonight in Fort Lauderdale and it works fantastic. I hope I continue to like it because I do have to park her when I don’t ride my bike or walk Most places I go taking a Uber is cheaper than parking but parking was pretty cheap at 15th St. fisheries.
