But why do I have to enter a location number? My phone knows where I am, just connect that data to the app and save me the effort. It could be a three tap app: open app, agree to car and location, chose time. Martin

I’ve tried multiple times over two days while traveling. I’ve given up an I’ve resorted to using my card in the meter, when available. Had to call in my space when that wasn’t an option. Ridiculous waste of time spent trying to use the app. Repeated error of network connectivity. I’m in a mid-major city on Verizon. I’m connecting just fine, it’s the app. Skip this app.
Where are the minutes?

I use this app every day—I habe no choice. It only allows users to pay by the hour. Every other parking app I use allows one to enter hours and minutes. This is a simple fix, and forcing people to pay for extra tome feels like a revenue grab.
Major Flaw!

There is a huge flaw in this app!! All other parking mobile apps allow you to stop your parking session activity and bill for what you use. This app however will bill the full amount even if you decide not to use all the time you entered. Then when someone else decides to park in the same spot they have to pay even though I might have payed an hour over. In a sense this app robs you of the hard earned cash.
Password reset

App won’t prompt me to next step after typing my phone numbers to reset password. Keypad won’t go away. Please fix.

Super convenient. Had an issue connecting once, but other than that works great. And oddly cheaper than street rates!
