Poor Customer Service – PayByPhone Parking Review
Re-downloaded the app after upgrading phones. Wouldn’t except either of my two payment methods and said there was a processing error. Called customer service who obviously has one answer for all problems, wouldn’t let me speak and when I tried I was hung up on. Then I tried calling the number on my parking spot and was hung up on again. And by an automated system so that was infuriating. Won’t be using this garbage anymore. Thanks for the parking ticket.
