It's a parking app with no choice about vendor or app choice, why is it nagging about an app rating? Month later, nags me for another review. Still 1 star. Not like I have a choice about the app. 'Nuther month, 'nuther nag for a review. Still one star. UI needs a single-tap-to-park function. Even if it had it, would still be one star because of the rating nag.

This app is horrible. While it works it is frustrating to use and many features don’t work such as taking a picture of the card to import a credit card or using Apple Pay. Doesn’t allow iOS to auto fill anything either. Didn’t get a parking ticket so that’s good at least.

I have 5 different tags. When i park sometimes i forget to change the tag to the vehicle i am driving. Once paid I am not permitted to change the tag and need to open another rental at same location with the other TAG paying twice. Other than that issue the app works well and the good thing is that is is very fast.

I downloaded hoping to pay quicker that going up to the machine and pay. After downloading and putting all my credit card info in the app, I went to use and I couldn’t tell if it work or not. I called the customer service support and after 15 - 20 min I gave up and went to pay by the machine. Do. It waste your time it didn’t tel if you pay or Didn’t pay.

Not only it did not open, nor update, I erased it and downloaded it again but it is not shown on my phone home screen (or anywhere in my phone.

Straight up garbage. Crashes down upon opening and randomly. Sometimes works and more often not. Inconsistent

In Nob Hill someone has been ripping the tags off the meters with the code for the meter and the NFC tag making it impossible to use the app to pay the meter. Is the SFMTA doing this or is someone else vandalizing them?

This app would be a lot more useful if it contained a map of parking locations so you could add time to the meter even if you hadn't initially paid for parking through the app. Instead you have to remember to take a picture of the location number or otherwise record it when you park. Doesn't make sense that there's no map in the app.
